The story follows Siddhu (Nikhil Siddhartha), a young man who finds a lost diary. The diary contains exactly 18 pages of intimate, emotional writing by a woman named Nandini (Anupama Parameswaran). Intrigued, Siddhu decides to track her down. As he reads each page, his curiosity turns into obsession, then love. However, when he finally meets Nandini, he discovers that the diary holds secrets that could change both their lives forever.

As Siddhu reads the diary page by page, he finds himself falling deeply in love with her personality and worldview.
