The plot kicks into gear when his old friend, (played by real-life MMA veteran Josh Barnett ), asks him to travel to Thailand to help him train for a massive championship fight against the terrifying 7-foot giant, Caesar Braga (Nathan Jones). When Brody is injured during a suspicious training accident, Case is forced to step back into the cage to face Braga and take down the shady promoter, Hugo Vega (Esai Morales).
