Replace them with the English versions: dt20_eng_win.cpk and dt41_eng_win.cpk .
If you have followed all methods and English still does not appear, your version is to Russian only. This is common with: pes 2017 language change russian to english
Ensure the file names do not have duplicate extensions (e.g., dt10.cpk.cpk ). If they do, rename them to remove the extra extension. Replace them with the English versions: dt20_eng_win
