Prototype 2 Debug Menu Access

Prototype 2 is known to crash on modern PCs with more than eight CPU threads. Before using the debug menu, it is often necessary to set the CPU affinity to use only 8 cores via Task Manager or disable HID-compliant devices in the Device Manager to ensure stability .
