The story revolves around Maaran (played by Vijay), a young man who suffers from a rare genetic disorder called prosopagnosia, which makes him unable to recognize faces. Maaran lives with his grandmother, Amma (played by Seetha), and younger sister, Meera (played by Nithya Menen). He works as a tourist guide in Bangkok, where he meets a group of Indian medical tourists, including Dr. Shwetha Ramachandran (played by Samantha Akkineni).
